On the bottom of the Decorations tab, you can see two buttons. The one with a tree is to add decorations, the other with an Aa is to add Text
Click on the Add Decoration button, a new tab on the right should appear, as well as a new decor on the Decorations List
From here, you can upload your image. Your decor should appear on the level now!

The word Text should appear on your level now, go over the text area and change it to whatever text you want and done!
